Profile

Jethro Pak joined the chambers in 2022 following completion of his pupillage with Mr. John Marray, Mr. Martin Wong, Mr. Richard Yip and Mr. Victor Gidwani.

Jethro obtained his JD and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. During JD, he took part in the 14th Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot as an oralist representing the University of Hong Kong.

Before studying Law, Jethro obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in the University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours. He was awarded Dean’s Honours List twice.

Jethro is capable of rendering professional services in both English and Chinese, including the provision of legal advice, written submissions and conduct of hearings. He is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of work. He has an established practice in personal injuries action. 

Jethro has appeared in all levels of Court, both as sole advocate and led junior. He has also appeared in arbitration. 

Jethro is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
